Kas Walker

Kas is an Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher. Originally from Somerset in the UK, and has a background in ballet and dance. In 2015, Kas completed her first 200hr and month long training in Ubud, Bali. It was an incredible life changing experience that allowed her to dive deeper into her personal practice and truly ignited her passion to teach and share the beautiful practice of Yoga with others. After traveling Australia and teaching as she went, she spent a month in Goa, India for another 300hr course to deepen her knowledge of anatomy and posture adjustments and strengthening her teaching technique.

Kas' classes focus on creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere, to help you reconnect with your breath and also improve overall strength, flexibility and a sense of self awareness. Kas' aim is to always have all students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed!

Simona's professional background is in Psychology and she has also studied Classical ballet.
