These classes are for any mum who has had a baby recently or within the past 2 years.  The sessions will provide some discussion and deep relaxation to nurture yourself, and will share experiences and wisdoms with other mothers. We will work with your breath and gentle flowing movements that help you connect with your body from the inside out.  This will build awareness and strength to supports your postnatal healing process.
