Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on core strength as well as posture, balance and flexibility. Originally called Contrology, this form of exercise was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates can help to keep the body fit, healthy and injury free.
Our 6 week beginners course will go over the basic Pilates exercises as well as looking at the breath. It is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience who want to recap the basics. Those recovering from injury are also welcome and Pilates can be particularly helpful for back pain.
Date:- Saturday 14th September - 19th October.
Time:- 10.30am - 11.30am.
Cost:- £60 for 6 week course. £11 drop-in subject to space. No class passes.
