Aisling Gormley

I was introduced to Yoga in 2008, whilst teaching Drama in Hong Kong. From my first class I knew I had found something very special. My appreciation for the practice deepened during my first pregnancy; due to the wonderful pre-natal classes I took with Simona here at Yoga Bodhi. 

After this I wanted to learn more and in 2016 I completed my Teacher training in 2016 at Yoga Bodhi with Simona and Angela. In 2013 I gained my Children's Yoga Teacher training with Skip Oliver from Yoga Banannas. Having worked with children for over a decade as both a Drama Practitioner and a Playworker, I am now really excited to start a class for kids at Yoga Bodhi. My classes will introduce Yoga in a playful way using storytelling to sequence the postures.  We will also spend time connecting to our breath and in relaxation.
