Thankfully Yoga has always managed to find a path through my life, influenced by her mum Eve found yoga many moons ago. Having practised now for over 20 years Eve completed her first teacher training in India with the Sivananda school of yoga in 2002. She has gone onto practise many different style including pregnancy yoga with Uma Tinsmore at Birthlight, Kids yoga with Yoga Bugs and studied Ashtanga yoga with John Scott in Cornwall. Eve is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist so has a thorough understanding of all things body and mind. Using all the tools she has in her box classes will always be lighthearted and fun, join her on the mat there is something special waiting at the end of class, we just don't know what it is yet!
