With the use of hatha yoga and daily pranayama Joseph was able to rehabilitate himself from a serious back injury. After years of living in pain and anxiety, Joseph now lives a painless, fit and happy life. He attributes pranayama as the tool that helped him shift the pain and stress that was trapped in his body. Inspired by the transformation he went through, Joseph went to study yoga in Tiruvannamalai, India, and ever since has been sharing these techniques and seeing the benefits to those he teaches. He also works as a Tui Na massage therapist (deep tissue acupressure) and has a vast understanding of the body and its innate healing power.
