Nicki offers an integrated approach to health and well-being combining myofascial release (MFR), yoga, principles of yoga therapy, Self Myofascial Release (SMFR), self care, breath repatterning, relaxation strategies and homeopathy. Nicki experienced intense periods of anxiety during her twenties, and as a result experienced first hand the incredible depths of yoga, mindfulness and homeopathy to find ease and peace in her life amidst the turbulence of her inner and outer world.
