" Deep Listening is the process of truly connecting to ourselves and our lives. It isn’t so much a specific technique as it is an approach to how we receive and respond to ourselves and others." Jill Pranksy

Nicki offers an integrated approach to health and well-being combining myofascial release (MFR), yoga, principles of yoga therapy, Self Myofascial Release (SMFR), self care, breath repatterning, relaxation strategies and homeopathy. Nicki experienced intense periods of anxiety during her twenties, and as a result experienced first hand the incredible depths of yoga, mindfulness and homeopathy to find ease and peace in her life amidst the turbulence of her inner and outer world.

“Nicki’s Myofascial Release Yoga classes continue to educate me in really understanding that less is more and how to be kind to myself. I also love the class work she does helping us to find and release chronically tight areas of fascia - all those under the radar places you didn’t even know were causing problems.”
