Ruth has been practising yoga for 20 years. Specialising in ashtanga and yin yoga and has trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, Yoga Alliance and most recently with her teachers John Scott and Lucy Crawford. Ruth encourages students to be mindful of their bodies, to practice with awareness of both body and breath and most importantly to love, and find joy in their practice. Students have described her classes as ‘rewarding, challenging, explorative, creative, authentic. And occasionally a little bonkers’.
