have worked in the health and wellbeing industry for nearly 30 years. I started out teaching aerobics in the late 80's and have fond memories of packed classes of lycra clad folk jumping around to some awesome music. Thankfully the fitness fashions and trends evolved - and now I find myself teaching predominantly yoga. My training has been with the BWY, Yoga Professionals, YMCA FIT (500 hours). I then went on to do an intensive training with Tara Styles and Strala Yoga. I have followed that up with a five day Yin training with Norman Blair and also further training on teaching adjustments, planning classes, pranayama, as well attending regular workshops and other classes. As a fitness professional I am also qualified to teach post and ante natal women, exercise for the older adult and lots more! I try to make my classes inclusive and fun and promote movement with ease and acceptance. Using the breath to create space and allowing movement in the body that is right for you on that day at that time.
