Breathwork is fun and fascinating, and its effects are subtle and profound. In this class – which is open to all levels of yoga practitioner – we will focus on: simple movement and posture to become more aware and to loosen ourselves from dysfunctional breathing patterns; the gentle cultivation of conscious regulated breathing centred in a soft relaxed breathing system; and the development of a sitting pranayama practice to explore breath length, ratios and pauses through various techniques.
