Meditation is an ancient simple practice. There are different types & traditions; this class is about simplicity & developing a relevant personal practice in the modern world. You will be guided through different types of meditation: encouraged & supported to learn form your own direct experience: learn to cultivate an attitude of kindness towards yourself.

Sunday Meditation 7.30-8.15pm:- Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing.

Finding relaxation, calm and peace of mind through meditation and mindfulness. These classes include short introductions on how mindfulness affects our wellbeing. They also teach four meditations drawn from the Zen tradition. The aim of the class is to pass on the methods and support the development of a home practice. Anyone is welcome to drop in and over the course of 8 weeks, the classes form a mini-course on meditation for health and wellbeing. 

Thursday Meditation 7.30-8.15pm:- Mindfulness for Grounding and Insight.<>

Finding clarity and vitality through meditation and mindfulness. The Zen tradition aims for insight into our true nature. It also cultivates the vital energy needed to pursue our practice. These classes introduce aspects of this Zen approach and teach various meditations and exercises to help find this insight and vitality. Over 8 weeks these classes work together to create a toolbox of methods that supports the creation of a home practice, however, anyone is welcome to drop in and experience an individual class.

Monday Meditation 8.00 - 8.45pm:- Relaxing Meditation.

A few minutes out of the daily grind. Relax, drop into yourself and allow these guided meditations to lead you a little closer to a calm, relaxed, peace of mind. Everyone welcome, no experience required.
