Meditation is an ancient simple practice. These classes are an introduction to the Zen tradition and are about simplicity and developing a relevant personal practice in the modern world. You will be guided through different types of meditation to help you find clarity, vitality and peace of mind through out the week. You will be encouraged and supported to learn form your own direct experience whilst cultivating an attitude of kindness towards yourself. Anyone is welcome to drop in as no experience is necessary at all.
