The class is open to all men from beginners to those with an established practice; from those who regularly play sport to those who do not do any other form of physical exercise. It is a mix of movement with breath, longer held static postures and relaxation, with a specific focus on functional yoga for men's bodies. Regular attendance will grow your body awareness, strength, flexibility, and help you in releasing excess tension. Plus you will have fun!
