Created over 60 years ago by the German dancer Lotte Berk, the exercises in this class are based on modern dance, yoga and physiotherapy. A fun and deceptively challenging workout designed to achieve a lean, supple and toned body. The exercises are performed at the ballet barre or on mats to music. Classes target all major muscle groups and with regular practice improve strength, balance, stamina and flexibility, making it an excellent compliment to your yoga. No prior dance or exercise experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome.
