From playful classes sun salute-ing to your favourite tunes, to candlelit meditation sessions, we offer a range of classes for hen parties.

We have two beautiful studios full of natural light and a host of wonderful teachers. Included in the class price we provide mats and props and offer free tea and biscuits.

We have toilets and changing facilities, as well as a small but comfortable seating area, so you can relax before or after your class.

Additionally, if you prefer, we are able to arrange for a teacher to come out to you for a class at your accommodation. Please get in touch to find out more and book a session.
