You will find that classes of the same name will vary slightly from each other depending on the teacher and the influence of their training, preferences and personality. Find the style of yoga or teacher that resonates with you and how you would like to practice yoga. If you are completely new to yoga we offer Beginners Courses or if that is not convenient we suggest you try starting with a Gentle Yoga or a Flow For All class at a time that suits you best - Book a Class
