You will find that classes of the same name will vary slightly from each other depending on the teacher and the influence of their training, preferences and personality. Find the style of yoga or teacher that resonates with you and how you would like to practice yoga. If you are completely new to yoga we offer Beginners Courses or if that is not convenient we suggest you try starting with a Gentle Yoga or a Flow For All class at a time that suits you best - Book a Class

Advanced Yoga

For experienced yogis who have refined their yoga practice and awareness of how they move over many years. Core Fusion

Gentle Yoga

Classes created to be suitable for all, including those recovering from injury or illness. By flowing gently between poses there is plenty of time to move between them and make adjustments. Intermediate Yoga

As your level of yoga experience grows these classes will build on your good understanding of basic poses and the relationship between breath and movement.
