This class fuses classical Pilates with exercises from physiotherapy and strength & conditioning to build a resilient, connected body. While we ground our practice in the breath and core, we expand that focus to the entire body by incorporating specific exercises for the feet, legs, back, and shoulders. Although the class can be challenging (think holding a plank!), it is taught slowly and mindfully. Finishing with guided relaxation, this class will leave you feeling aligned and centered. Because of the focus on mindful movement, this is a highly accessible class. It is suitable for those recovering from an injury and older adults focusing on stability and posture.
