Qi Gong Flow
A flowing yoga class that promotes the journey of energy (qi) through the body. Incorporating elements of Qi Gong and Daoist philosophy it has its roots in traditional Chinese practices. Expect stretches, breathwork, meditation and flowing movement to open the body’s meridians (energy pathways), cultivating an enhanced flow of qi and a deeper connection between body, breath and mind. It often takes it’s inspiration from the natural elements and the changing seasons.
Leave feeling more balanced, standing whole like an oak tree, allowing and accepting the transition to a new season with ease, thanks and gratitude.
