Roll & Restore Self Myofascial Release
This class is wonderful for anyone looking to increase their range of movement after losing flexibility or function following an injury, or have experienced ongoing back, shoulder and/or hip pain. In these classes we will use tennis balls, the peanut and other props such as the egg along with spiralling movements to release tight patterns of connective tissue that can limit our range of movement.
