This class is a mix of Yoga and Pilates combining the positive effects on both mind and body by employing the strength training of pilates and the flexibility of yoga. Beginning with breath work and a Yoga style warm up, including sun salutations, the class then moves to pilates style exercises that focus on core training. A great class to stretch and strengthen the body and generally leaving you feeling better.
