Whether beginning yoga to gain fitness, strength and flexibility, to help calm a busy mind or recover from an injury , our beginners Improvers Yoga courses are a wonderful way to continue your practice. Over the course we will continue to break down the fundamentals of a yoga practice including physical postures and movement as well as breathing and some meditation techniques.

This Improvers  course is for those that have completed the 6 week beginners course or for those with some previous experience of Yoga.  It is not for complete beginners but for those with a little awareness of yoga who would like to deepen their practice. 

£60 for 6 week course or £11 drop in subject to space.  Limited to 12 people.
