For experienced yogis who have refined their yoga practice and awareness of how they move over many years. In these classes you will explore new variations and be challenged by new sequences or poses. These classes will incorporate Yoga philosophy, advanced breathing practices and meditation. Less instruction is given on physical alignment, but more guidance into the internal nature of the practice. Practiced in an inclusive, relaxed and fun atmosphere that empowers students to achieve their full potential. Not suitable for beginners to yoga.
