A strength class fusing various movement and training disciplines. You use body weight and light resistance or other props, with each movement evolving playfully from the breath and the core. Improved posture, strength, stability, agility, grace and mobility are some of the things that you can expect from a regular practice with the bonus of building a strong and lean physique. This class will also benefit students looking to improve performance in other sports or activities as well as their yoga practice.
