A strength class fusing various movement & training disciplines, Using body weight and light resistance or other props, with each movement evolving playfully from the breath and the Core. Improved posture, strength, stability, agility, grace and mobility are some of the things that you can expect from a regular practice with the bonus of building a strong & lean physique. This class will also benefit students looking to improve performance in other sports/activities and their yoga practice.
