Forrest Yoga was designed by Ana Forrest 40 years ago. Forrest yoga is the best of yoga modernised for the 21st century dealing with modern-day ailments such as lower back pain, tension in the neck and shoulders and tight hips, challenges and strains caused by habitual patterns. You will experience classic moves such as active hands and feet, telescoping the ribs, relaxing the neck and deep breathing and we do love abdominal work as this helps tone internal organs and protect the lower back.
