As your level of yoga experience grows these classes will build on your good understanding of basic poses and the relationship between breath and movement. They aim to keep you challenged as you explore a wider range of poses in a familiar flowing style. The practice may also weave in some yoga philosophy and more challenging breathing practices. Not suitable for beginners to Yoga.
