Power Yoga is a modern Vinyasa style of Yoga. Expect to move dynamically as each pose flows into the next synchronising your movement with your breath. Often a class will have a focus on a specific part of the body or group of poses building on them progressively. With practice the benefits of Power Yoga are increased muscle strength, improvement in your balance and flexibility and stress reduction. Classes will challenge both body and mind with variations given so that you can choose how deeply to work and making classes accesible to everyone.
