Rocket is a dynamic style of yoga designed to increase flexibility, strength and balance whilst also promoting clarity in the mind. This style of yoga is rooted in Ashtanga but full of variations to suit your body and your practice. This class begins with pranayama and sun salutations to prepare the body. We then progress through a sequence of standing and seated postures. The finishing sequence includes gentle backbends and optional inversions.
