“Do not kill the instinct of the body for the glory of the pose. Do not look at your body like a stranger, but adopt a friendly approach toward it. Watch it, listen to it, observe its needs, its requests, and even have fun. To be sensitive is to be alive.” Vanda Scaravelli.
With a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a passion for Body Positivity, Emma brings intelligent cueing and clear explanations to her classes. Emma draws inspiration from the movements and techniques of Yoga, Pilates, Myofascial Release and more to create an exploratory practise that calms the nervous system and empowers us to show up for ourselves and others in the world.
"Emma is always very friendly and welcoming. Her explanations are very clear and she goes out of her way to offer alternative postures and moves for different levels. I thoroughly enjoy her class and look forwards to it every week" Tina
