Katrina practises and teaches yoga for whole-person health. She brings a unique perspective to her classes, reflecting experience in medicine, acupuncture, and chronic pain services. Katrina believes yoga should be inclusive and non-competitive. Understanding that all bodies are different, and that we bring our unique anatomy and life experiences to the mat. Expect gentle classes with the space to pause and explore simple movements, sensation, breath, and connection.
