Donna's motto is that everything is a phase & everything will pass! Her classes focus on connecting breath & movement to help you learn how to better understand your body and what it needs each day. Donna thinks; if yoga is too fast, or too hard, you invariably lose connection to your breath & the true meaning of yoga.
