"Keep your spirit spirited, your mind mindful and let your body embody who you truly are" - Uma's mentor, Prashanti
Uma began practicing Yoga in her late teens and it has since been a profound source of transformation and healing for her. Each year, she travels to India to deepen her practice and study with authentic lineages, accumulating extensive training in traditional Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Shaiva Kundalini Tantra, Ayurveda, and Siddha. Uma specialises in personalised guidance on the path of embodied spiritual healing and in creating immersive retreat experiences for groups.
"After more than ten years of practice it was a relief to find someone with such passion and insight, I had given up hope that I could learn anything new but Uma opened my awareness to new depths of subtlety, an entirely new level of yoga" - Victoria
