Tia is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher with a background in Occupational Therapy, bringing a compassionate and thoughtful approach to her teaching. Her classes offer a welcoming and gentle space where students are encouraged to explore movement, breath, and self-awareness with curiosity and kindness.

Tia guides students through Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and Relaxation, offering options and adaptations to support individual needs. Her teaching invites each person to connect with their body and breath in a way that feels nourishing, empowering, and authentic.

Through mindful movement and conscious rest, Tia's classes support balance and wellbeing, helping to cultivate greater ease in the body and calm in the mind. Her students are encouraged to move at their own pace and honour their unique journey.
