“On a heart level, yoga is the cultivation of patience, honesty, nonviolence, wisdom and the ability to meet life as it occurs from moment to moment. If we develop a flexible body but retain a stiff mind, we are not practicing yoga.” Michael Stone
After over a decade working in Primary Education, Grace was inspired to specialise in Pre and Postnatal yoga after having her own children. She felt first hand the positive effects that yoga can have physically, mentally and emotionally during pregnancy, birth and beyond. Grace believes that the transition to Motherhood (Matrescence) is one of the biggest transformations a woman can go through and that support is a key part of that. Grace creates a warm and nurturing environment to get women out of their heads and into their bodies, and find space to connect to themselves and baby.
"I absolutely loved your class. I had the most lovely, relaxing experience. It feels like there aren’t that many spaces where mummas and mummas-to-be have space held for them in the way that you did today. Especially at the end when you were making sure that everyone super comfortable and relaxed. You used really nice words and it was a really beautiful experience. Thank you". - Becky
