Lana is driven to hold safe spaces that allow individuals to seek a greater connection and understanding of self. Yoga teachings are an incredible way to utilise thousands of years of knowledge and experience to empower our lives and those around us. She teachers from her heart and shares from a place of personal experience, as she grows, so do her classes. She is an approachable teacher, brings philosophy and fun into her classes, and encourages a deeper understanding of the physical aspects of the practice, from an anatomical perspective, due t
o her background in Sport and Exercise Science. Her hope is that her sessions encourage development of all individuals, from beginner to more advanced practitioners. Her classes include Yin Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and in addition, offers myofascial release, sport specific sessions and recovery.
