"The goal of meditation isn’t to control your thoughts, it’s to stop letting them control you." — Anonymous

After being an avid runner and lover of the outdoors, my world changed in 2013 when I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue. The journey to recovery was long and challenging, and it wasn’t until 2022, after battling anorexia and recurring fatigue, that I truly embraced meditation as a path to healing. Trained by the British School of Meditation, I’ve found that meditation offers much-needed relief and comfort, helping me manage stress, improve energy levels, and cultivate self-compassion.

Now, I'm passionate about teaching meditation, guiding others on their journey towards inner peace and well-being.

"Working with Rachel has been a wonderful experience. Her deep knowledge and compassionate guidance in meditation have helped me find a sense of peace and clarity I never thought possible. Each session left me feeling more connected, grounded, and empowered to manage the stresses of daily life. I’m incredibly grateful for her support and the positive impact this practice has had on my well-being." Pam Helme
