Zoe has a particular interest in how a consistent yoga practice can assist us in coping with the stresses of everyday life; she strongly believes that a yoga class should be an interlude of peace in our often chaotic lives. Her classes focus on mindful movement and breath, emphasising the importance of a non-competitive atmosphere and encouraging an attitude of self-acceptance in her students. She aims to introduce students to the benefits of physical practice, while keeping her classes grounded in yoga philosophy through the integration of inspirational excerpts and ideas.
